Every piece is presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, screens, and the handmade or limited nature of certain items.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. An item is not reserved until your order is completed, and an order may be canceled if a piece becomes unavailable or is mispriced in error.

Orders are processed through a secure checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorized to use them.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we suspect to be fraudulent or made for resale without authorization.

All sales are final. Bella Luxe does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, and no refunds will be issued for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review your order carefully — including size, color, variant, and shipping address — before completing checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact our client care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you on a replacement or store credit where appropriate; refunds remain at the sole discretion of Bella Luxe Collection LLC.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. Delivery timing and options appear at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, reverse engineering, interference with site operation, fraudulent orders, or use of purchased content or imagery without permission.

All content on this site — including the Bella Luxe name, logo, photography, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Bella Luxe Collection LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.

If you submit reviews, photos, or messages, you grant Bella Luxe a non-exclusive right to display and use that content in connection with our products and marketing. Content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive may be removed.

Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Luxe disclaims all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from an order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or emotional distress, arising from your use of the site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Bella Luxe Collection LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
